Greg did the job of Regional IT Manager for AsiaPac in a very effective manner. He built great relationships with the regional business team and with each in-country business team. He only escalated where necessary and was easy to deal with. He learnt about complex systems very quickly. His natural evolution into a project management role was a very obvious one for me
