Greg Bewick

Greg Bewick is the founder of Maple Catalyst, a knowledge architecture and AI implementation consultancy based in Chiang Mai, Thailand.Greg works directly with expert-led founders and small-team businesses, extracting their operational expertise and documenting it so AI tools can work from it accurately rather than producing generic output. His work covers expertise extraction, process documentation, and AI implementation for businesses without an internal IT or AI function.Before founding Maple Catalyst, Greg spent over two decades in project, programme, and portfolio management roles at GlaxoSmithKline and Hoya Vision Care. At GlaxoSmithKline, he established project management offices for GSK Vaccines and GSK Consumer Health across Asia Pacific, and served as Programme Manager (Planning & Control) for GSK's Rest of World territory during the GSK–Novartis Consumer Health joint venture. At Hoya Vision Care, he held the roles of Global PMO Director and, following promotion, Global Portfolio Director, leading global portfolio management from 2019 to 2023.Greg holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham, is a Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) — a credential awarded by Stanford University upon completion of the Stanford Advanced Project Management programme — and holds a Certificate in Product Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education. Additional professional qualifications include PRINCE2, MSP Practitioner, and IPMO-E.Maple Catalyst serves English-speaking clients globally.
