At GSK Vaccines, Greg set up the project management office for Asia Pacific clinical trials, built project management capability across Asia and trained support networks in 15+ countries.
At GSK Consumer Health, he ran the regional new product development PMO for Asia Pacific and Latin America and rolled out Firm Foundations, a basic project management course for non-technical managers in marketing, sales, finance and manufacturing. He then served as Programme Manager (Planning & Control) for Asia, Middle East and Africa during the GSK–Novartis Consumer Health joint venture.
At Hoya Vision Care, he set up the global PMO, covering every region and country the company operated in, implemented a project management system and new frameworks, and helped train people to use them. Hired as Global PMO Director, his title changed in 2021 to Global Portfolio Director, reflecting a remit that covered the company's entire global project portfolio, including new product development.
Greg holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham, the Stanford Advanced Project Management Certificate (SCPM) and a Kellogg Executive Education Certificate in Product Strategy. Additional professional qualifications include PRINCE2, MSP Practitioner and IPMO-E.
