As a Stanford, PRINCE2 & MSP-qualified project and programme manager, I help drive focus, consistency, and quality in large-scale, global projects.
In the last 20 years, I have established multiple Project Management Offices (PMOs) and have worked on projects/programs locally, regionally and globally in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Industry experience spans pharmaceutical, manufacturing, call centre, and healthcare sectors.
Equipped with solid global project management expertise, I am skilled in end-to-end planning and control, reporting as well as change, risk and integration management functions.
I enjoy both the technical aspect of project management as well as the interpersonal, capitalizing on commercial foresight and cross-cultural communication skills to pre-empt and resolve issues in order to deliver on all counts—cost, time and user acceptance.
I believe in lifelong learning, both formally, for example, the Advanced Project Management Certificate from Stanford University, and informally (Udemy, Coursera) —I thrive on new experiences and have traveled to 4 continents.
Earlier roles include business and system analyst positions in healthcare, call centre, and manufacturing sectors.
Key areas of expertise: project governance, capacity development, reporting, auditing, relationship management, integration, risk management, change management
